BRIGITTE PARMENTIER
Brigitte Parmentier is a professional contemporary French artist, certified and listed by I-CAC (Institut de Cotation des Artistes Certifiés). Her work explores the dialogue between contemporary painting and the exceptional textile heritage of Calais-Caudry, France.
Integrating authentic LEAVERS lace and historic Jacquard punch cards into her paintings, she transforms remarkable industrial artifacts into unique works of art. Through texture, light and gesture, each composition reveals a subtle balance between memory, craftsmanship and contemporary creation.
